As you may know, we have only been open for a few days and we are not yet operating at full capacity in terms of occupancy. As a result, we may only open the terrace later or not at all in order to serve our guests as best as possible. In your case the wind was also very strong. When the wind died down 1 hour later (and not 15 minutes later as you stated), we decided to open the terrace after all. We regret that this course of events has upset you. That was certainly not our intention. It's a pity that we, as starting entrepreneurs, cannot count on your understanding in this matter.
