Hotpot One was such a great experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and there were so many options to choose from. The service really made the night memorable. It was a warm day, so they seated us in a cooler area of the restaurant and even brought out an extra fan to make sure we were comfortable, which we really appreciated. The owner also told us it was his birthday today (July 4th) and invited us to take birthday shots with him it was such a fun and unexpected touch that made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. Amazing food, awesome hospitality, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
