I’ve been craving some good KFC (Korean fried chicken) and thought I had to drive far. Luckily, I stumbled upon this cute little shop and met the sweet owner, who even hopped into the kitchen and made the chicken fresh to order herself! I tried the Korean junkie hot (similar to yangyum sauce) and the soy honey. Both were really tasty! The chicken pieces were thicc and juicy (in the best way lol) I’m honestly surprised they don’t get more traffic with the food being this good. Highly recommend if you’re in the area, and I’ll definitely be back soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you’re looking for legit Korean fried chicken in Dallas, this spot is a must-try. Hotsome Chicken Dallas absolutely delivers. The chicken was perfectly crispy, flavorful, and cooked fresh. We tried Spicy Korean BBQ and Korean Junkie Hot, each one was on point—bold, balanced, and not greasy. The fries were seasoned well, the garlic toast was a great touch, and even the salad was fresh and refreshing. The inside is clean and welcoming, staff was friendly, and the food came out hot and fast. Portions are solid for the price, and you can tell they care about quality. Highly recommend if you’re a fan of Korean fried chicken or just want something different done right. We’ll definitely be back. ***EDIT*** This place makes fresh kimchee and sells for $2. The kimchee is terrific. For me, nothing better than fresh kimchee. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
