Take your family with you and eat perfectly cooked chicken wings, prawns and filet américain. Great milkshakes are among the most often ordered drinks at this restaurant. At Hotville, you can order food as a takeout. The attentive staff welcomes people all year round. Service at this place is something one can call cool. Here you will pay attractive prices. When inside, the atmosphere is homey. Google users are quite generous with this spot: it was rated 4.4 stars.

Not impressed with how they increased their prices after they gained popularity in Nottingham. Food quality isn’t always consistent but overall it’s good. The main reason for this review was how poor the customer service is from one of the ladies behind the till. She seems extra uninterested and needs some training on customer service and greeting customers. Ruins the experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hotville needs to get better employees, I order collection, I was told it would be 10 minutes, I arrive in time and the workers can barely remember that an order was placed 7 minutes before then. I then have seen my food be made by the kitchen and put ready to be bagged 5 minutes into me being there, the worker saw me in there, was aware of what order I had but didn't give me my food until 25 minutes later when I pressed her on where my food was. I could have had my food and left, but I had to wait an additional 25 minutes due to her lack of wanting to work properly, in the time that I was waiting, I saw no customers arrive, her on her phone taking pictures. Whoever the girl that was working around 11:30 on 07/03/2026, thanks for wasting my time. Oh and the chips were cold cause of her, no apology, just attitude for the fact she had to be told to do her job. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
