Went for a chili competition fun environment welcoming space. Even the advertisement for it online was warm and welcoming. Local ownership.!!! Sweet welcoming people. Outdoor and indoor area

Great beer and even better vibes. Super cool collection of regulars always down for a fun conversation and very friend bartenders. Solid selection of drinks both on tap and in the fridge. I’ll definitely be making this a regular Raleigh stop in the future!

Visited House of Hops on 2/27/26 at 4 pm and had a really disappointing experience. We sat down and went completely unacknowledged for 10 minutes. No greeting, no “be right with you,” nothing. The staff were not busy — they were casually standing around chatting while we waited. After sitting there feeling ignored, we decided to walk out. It doesn’t take much to acknowledge customers, and the lack of basic service was frustrating. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

Hi Dan. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience at our shop. I'm not sure if you know that we don't have table service at any of our shops. That doesn't excuse our staff from acknowledging you and letting you know that we don't go to the tables but customers come up to the bar. I hope you will give us another try now that you're aware of this.
