Dear House Vandervort Owner, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experiences I have had with your establishment, despite being a loyal customer for over five years. Over my last three orders, I have made it very clear at the time of ordering that the quality and standards of the food must be maintained. I have call recordings that prove these instructions were given. Yet, the quality has repeatedly fallen short, which is unacceptable for any customer especially one who has supported your business for so long. When I contacted your manager to address this issue, I was met with rudeness, denial of responsibility, and not even the courtesy of an apology. His response of "I don’t know anything about this" is completely unprofessional and shows a total disregard for customer satisfaction. We are paying customers, not receiving free service, and deserve to be treated with respect. This level of service reflects very poorly on your management and damages the reputation of House Vandervort. As a result, I will no longer be ordering from your restaurant, and I will be advising my colleagues and network to avoid your establishment as well. I urge you to take this matter seriously and address both the quality control issues and the unacceptable behaviour of your management team before more loyal customers are lost.
