This is the most extraordinary experience I had with the food chain restaurant! I was there Thursday afternoon saw the line was not crazy long and wanted to get my dream food that I’m craving for long time! After the ordering to go think I can leave on time and make it to my work appointment. Somehow my order of quarter chicken really got delayed for some reason, I was getting anxious, there’s a young beautiful manager noticed my situation, she’s been chatting with me and realized I can’t wait any longer! She did quick decision, returned my money, and a to go Sando and fries and discount coupon! I feel I was at a Michelin star restaurant and I was being totally respected with my time and experienced the most warm and kind hospitality that overwhelming me! Excellent service, you guys are handling you service with top notch service and you deserve the best review! Great staff greetings and smiles are from their bottom of the hearts. Great food and atmosphere. Horrible parking. The parking is bad so if you're lucky to find a spot in their lot good for you if not. Weekdays you cant park on the street from7am to 11am and 3pm to 7pm they open at 11 so 11 to 230 is when you want to go. If not there's other street parking further down just a 5 min walk or more depending. There's always a line so be prepared to be in the sun although they do offer complimentary umbrellas if you ask or they have some by the entrance. The spice can be hotter than usual so I recommend unless you have a high heat tolerance go a step down. Worth the wait.
