We were two couples and ordered over 78 dollars worth of food at a sit down. Food came out really fast. It was lukewarm at best and the chicken balls were soggy and the chicken fried rice was barely warm and had very little chicken pieces, the spring rolls were soggy. We didn’t take any leftovers home. We told the server about how cool the food was and she came back and said that is how it is served and offered to take $10 off the bill. This was the worst meal I have had at Hoys. Won’t be going back

Okay I just need to know if anyone else experiences the same difficulty getting through. Love the food but continuously have issues calling in an order. Once again on hold for over 20 minutes and still no one picking up
