Staff was phenomenal! We had the best time here ! The bar staff was awesome !! So friendly and helpful . Really enjoyed this place and the staff . If you're looking for a treat time in Chicago stay here !!! Carlos , Fabian , Paul , exceptional bar staff . We will be back very soon !!!

Great food and service. I was in town at the Royal Sonesta Hotel and where the restaurant is located. I love this hotel and staff but never ate at the small bistro. Hoyts menu for brunch was thorough with solid options. I ordered the short rib skillet with eggs and hash. My sister ordered granola pancakes. All of it was well done and flavorful. The waiter also offered suggestions on things to do around town if you weren't from the area. Pricing is reasonable and seating was fast. Did I mention this entire boutique hotel and staff are amazing and has great views of the Chicago River/River North? It really is a hidden gem, but don't tell anyone!
