This has been one of my mothers favorite restaurants for many years so we've been many times. The food was always made fresh to order and everyone that worked there treated us like family. The fried dumplings were the best. So many amazing dishes and they were served family sryle so everyone could enjoy. My picky son enjoyed everything we ordered last time and that says it all. I'm so glad we will have that experience and memory now that they've closed their doors today. We appreciate everything over the years and will miss you!

Decided to try something different on my most recent trip to Lansing. I normally eat at Fortune House, but was burnt out. Decided to try Huapei Restaurant and I think I’ve found my new favorite. The pan fried pork dumplings are delicious and the Chef’s chow mein is over the top great!!
