Wanted to try this place once before I left back to WPG and I got todays special, the steak sandwich . Very happy with my order, the steak was done exactly how I wanted, it was well seasoned and the cut was not tough. The fries were big and crispy but not dry. Server was also attentive and made sure I had what I needed. All in all a pleasant experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

I had a very disappointing visit to The Hub. The customer service was poor from the start. I ordered the hamburger steak because the waitress, Emily, recommended it and described it as coming with a bun on the bottom, a hamburger patty, gravy, and onions. What I received was nothing like what she explained , there was no bun, and the beef was dry, overcooked, and burned. About five minutes later, the manager, Tylor, came over and asked if I wanted a box to take the food home. I told her I didn’t like the meal, and she didn’t bother to apologize, offer a replacement, or ask if there was anything she could do. The lack of care from both staff members was honestly shocking. Overall, the food was bad, the service was worse, and I left extremely disappointed. I won’t be returning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
