Why oh why Hudsons did you leave Melbourne? We love and miss you so much. However, onto Hudsons Coffee here in Hobart. As you can see - massive fan here, and Hobart Hudsons did not and does not fail to disappoint. All the ‘regulars’ are available and opening hours are perfect for tourists, and obviously locals. Keep up the great work guys, and don’t you dare leave! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
