Cuidado que en este establecimiento venden productos con “cuerpos extraños” me toco comprar en este local y el descriterio de la cajera es magnanimo, no queria hacerme el reembolso y el dulce tenia un metal tipo viruta metalica, la cajera trataba de minorizar el problema claramente grave por que se esta jugando con la salud del consumidor, luego de que se comunicara con la administradore me devolvio el monto total de la compra lo cual es menor con respecto al daño que me iba a provocar el tragarme ese pedazo de metal a los intestinos. Comento esto para que tengan cuidado al comprar aqui. saque copia de la boleta, grabe el audio del caso, tambien saque fotos del producto que contenia el “cuerpo extraño” y obviamente tambien fotos del metal que contenia el dulce, denunciaré de igual modo a sernac, y haré efectiva la ley del consumidor, para que esto no le pase a nadie.Hago referencia a lo que dice Sernac con respecto a la ley del consumidor:"Los consumidores tienen derecho a poder disfrutar de los alimentos sin miedo a que éstos puedan dañar su salud (...) Y, con ello, las empresas tienen que tomar todas las medidas necesarias para garantizar que estos sean seguros". Quienes contravengan las normativas vigentes arriesgan una multa de hasta 1.000 Unidades Tributarias Mensuales (UTM), la prohibición de funcionamiento y/o la clausura del recinto.
