Worst service we’ve ever experienced. While visiting Hanover, we tried this Italian restaurant near our hotel. Despite only one table being occupied, we had to chase the waitress just to be seated — and again to order. We clearly asked for a pasta dish without onions and beetroot due to an allergy. It arrived with both. The Margherita pizza was inedible — even our son barely touched it. To top it off, a 10% tip was automatically added to the bill. When we asked to remove it given the poor food and service, the waitress simply replied: “Why?” Completely unacceptable. Our only night in Hanover was ruined by this place. Avoid it — don’t be fooled by the seemingly nice patio. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
