Yesterday, we got in at 20:30, ordered and food only arrived 21:40 !! Manager ignored us, no apology !!
For £22 Tortellini - with only 5 Tortellini thats £5 each Tortellini !!!!
Grumpy manager... no Hello, no eye contacts, I said bye and he ignored both of us !! He might be racists as I wore a Tommy Hilfiger top with american flag !! They don’t even pick the empty plates from starter...
Toilets are also Dirty si sh*t on the seat not cleaned over 3 hrs as I went twice to check !! People smoking inside and nobody cared !!! Which is even illegal...owner kept changing people tables all the time which was a mess... people even placed dirty plates on other peoples table while they are at the Toilets !!! Waiter showed up once over 3 hours !!!
Luggage was left in the way and people kept falling on it and nobody cared !! Even the manager fell on the luggage and he did not move it out of place !!! Wierdo place !!!
Never again £88 for two dishes and worst experience !!
The manager kept ignoring us on purpose and we were very polite.
Go to OSTUNI next door !! Much better atmosphere and better food and not as over priced !!

Nick and his staff are so accommodating and friendly, the vibe is always just right, the food is delicious and the Bloody Mary is best of any I have ever had.
It's safe to say that Hugo's holds a special place in my heart and I am never disappointed. I'd move in if I could! ????????????????????
