We are sincerely sorry that you didn't report any dissatisfaction to our waiters, who would have tried to understand what the problem was and offered alternative, with an intention of improving your satisfaction and ensuring the highest quality of the meal. We are not pleased to know that you had left our restaurant dissatisfied, and we are sad for not being able to serve you and possibly improve your impression. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept the food from other restaurants and we adhere to this policy. Moreover, we insist on being fair and equal to our guests, which is one of the reasons we are not making exceptions when it comes to this rule - we want to make sure that all of our guests receive the same information and that the same policy applies to whoever visits our restaurant.
