The photos of the food look amazing, but unfortunately the actual food was a bit disappointing. GRILLED CHICKEN CURRY RICE — The chicken was quite tough and nothing special. The curry was also bland, and I had to add salt. EGG WHITE & BACON — Average. Having bacon with rice was a little strange to me. CRABMEAT SCRAMBLE — Definitely the best of the three we ordered. Really enjoyed our brunch at Humble Rays! We ordered the Curry Chicken and Crabmeat Scramble, and both were delicious. The curry chicken was rich and comforting, with tender chicken and a flavourful curry sauce. I especially loved the crabmeat scramble, the eggs were soft and creamy, with a generous amount of crabmeat that added a lovely sweetness and savoury flavour. Humble Rays Carlton served such an amazing matcha latte. As someone who really loves matcha, I’d honestly give it a 9.5/10. Super enjoyable and definitely memorable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–20
