Humbles in Seaham is a charming establishment that serves up delicious and affordable cuisine. The restaurant's fish and chips are a must-try, with crispy batter and perfectly cooked fish. The breakfast options are also top-notch, with quality ingredients and reasonable prices. The staff is incredibly helpful and polite, adding to the lovely atmosphere of the place. The interior design is clean and pleasant, with a cozy feel that makes it a perfect spot for catching up with friends or enjoying a meal with family. Prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent choice for those on a budget. Located in a prime spot overlooking the seafront, Humbles is a great place to grab a bite after a day out at the beach. The restaurant also offers outdoor seating with beautiful views of the coast. A few standout items on the menu include the Seaside Tea (fish goujons, mushy peas, bread, tea, and a selection of cream cakes), the vegetarian burger, and the steak pie. The drink menu includes a variety of soft drinks, wines, and cocktails, such as the classic mojito and the refreshing gin and tonic. Overall, Humbles is a fantastic eatery that should not be missed when visiting Seaham.

Me and my young daughter visited for Sunday lunch! Portions were huge, the pork melted in the mouth and the veg was lovely and fresh! Lovely atmosphere, everyone was friendly and made a fuss of my daughter who thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Nothing was a trouble for Zoe who went above and beyond when serving us, even saving my daughter a cupcake for after her dinner! Lovely place! Visited Humbles yesterday with my Mam (it was her birthday) and we had the Seaside Tea, which we ordered 24 hours before. Absolutely loved it. The fish goujons, hand cut chips and mushy peas were gorgeous and the cream cakes were lovely. We had to box up some of the cakes to take home as we were so full. Very good value, very good quality and Mam said it was the best birthday lunch she's had in years. Service was excellent as well. We didn't have to wait long for the food and the two ladies serving kept checking back that we had enough tea in the large tea pot and if we needed any more sauces etc. Great experience and looking forward to going back soon.
