Had a fantastic dinner at Humo Restaurante inside Sofitel Barú Cartagena. The entire experience felt refined but still relaxed and welcoming. The food was creative, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor — you can really taste the fusion of Asian, Latin American and Colombian influences that the restaurant is known for. Amazing appetizers. Great steaks, fantastic crab rice. Dont miss out on the Bonsai dessert. Not only visually stunning, but also genuinely delicious and one of the most memorable desserts we’ve had in a long time. A perfect ending to the evening.
