10/10 experience for me. Me and my partner were welcomed in and seated straight away. Our visit to Humo Watford was fantastic, and we have Lucia to thank for that. She made us feel looked after from the moment we walked in with her welcoming personality and exceptional service. She was attentive without being overbearing, always had a smile on her face, and made sure everything was just right throughout our meal. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it really shows in the way she treats her customers. It’s people like her who turn a nice meal into a memorable experience. Had a wonderful evening at Humo recently celebrating my daughters birthday. There was a very large group of us & everyone said what a wonderful night they had! Food was exceptional, cocktails were a 10/10, tunes were amazing and Jonny, Prebz and all the incredible staff made sure it was a night to remember! Can't wait to go back!
