Hum.us Torino is by far the place where I felt most at home. As soon as you enter, Michele welcomes you with a smile. Apart from the dish of the day, which typically involves pasta, meat, but also fish, during lunch you can choose from a varied menu (you need to try their cotoletta di pollo and the burger al piatto). Once you’ve ordered, you can enjoy your coffee done exactly the way you wanted (not too lungo, nor too ristretto) either by Giulia or Andrea while waiting for chef Nasir and his team to prepare you a true culinary delicacy (make sure you try le costolette)! That is, of course, if you haven’t asked Giuseppe to make you an authentic Italian pizza! Grazie mille a tutti and hope to see you soon! Enjoy your experience!
