Confused about the negative reviews about this restaurant. My husband and I have been ordering here since we moved to the area several years ago and they have always provided consistent food and value. Flavor is much better than similar Chinese restaurants at similar price points. Portion sizes are massive. Love the general tso’s chicken and tofu. Husband always orders garlic sauce. Price per person: $10–20

I give it a 4 star rating because the food is good. But I'm very disappointed with most recent order of Sesame Chicken combo. Rice was a bit cool and NO eggroll! #wth Takeout is so expensive now, I EXPECT a good value for my hard-earned blue collar dollars. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Horrible and rude staff and service, refused to give a simple plastic bag to carry food away. Kept me waiting for over 15 mins while my food was ready just standing there, without informing me. The food described as Hunan style or Szechuan style was neither, both we plain and bland, made from the same generic sauce. The interior was dirty, tables were greasy and kitchen looked unhygienic. Skip this place and go to Ling Ling, about 5 mins away which is much better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
