Seen one of the preparers drop raw food from the batter into the frier with no gloves after touching other items and paper. Should use gloves when preparing food. Unsanitary. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

This is the BEST Chinese takeout place in Irmo, as almost everyone would agree!!!! Sun Ming is also really good, but that's a nice sit-down restaurant with great service - they do takeout too but Hunan Wok is only takeout. The lady here is always so nice and they're happy to make special dishes for me. I love them! Food is so delicious and large portions! They don't have any delivery services unfortunately. Maybe one day. Their lo mein dishes are really good as are their mixed veggies and chicken dishes. The vegetable spring rolls are amazing too! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Sesame Chicken, Bourbon Chicken Vegetarian options: They make this awesome tofu and eggplant dish for me! You order the chicken and eggplant and ask them to substitute the chicken for tofu. Soooo yummy!

GROSS! Old Chinese food Do not order from here. We tossed half our food tonight ! The egg rolls alone tasted chemical and the Lo mein the same. $70 out the window.
