The attentive and welcoming personnel at the restaurant quickly made me feel at home and helped me navigate their extensive menu. Genuine Chinese food is what Hsu's Hunan Yu specializes in, and each dish exhibited their commitment to using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. The items on the menu are all painstakingly created with the ideal harmony of flavors and spices, and they are all Hunan-inspired. I made the choice to taste their renowned General Tso's chicken, and I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken had a crunchy exterior.
