I highly recommend every daily lunch special at $3.99
The sweet and sour chicken is all white meat and so delicious. The egg rolls, crab Rangoon and dumplings are very good as well. Kung Pao chicken, beef with broccoli, lo mein, hot & sour soup, sesame chicken, General tso chicken, chicken chop suey & Orange chicken are also dishes we have enjoyed.
Moved to North side from the Heights in June, and I don’t miss any Chinese restaurants we used to visit.

The shrimp lo mein was good. The beef and broccoli with fried rice for my husband and son was soggy and lacked flavor. My family would not eat it. When the restaurant was contacted they refused to replace or refund the beef and broccoli. I am not satisfied with the customer service.

I ordered a House Special Fried Rice for takeout. Got it home and opened it up. I notiCed that it was just white rice with the ingredients. I tasted it and it was bland, no flavor at all! It was just boiled rice! I called Hunan and asked to speak with the manager. I explained to Judy what it looked like and how bad it tasted. She told me that they don’t cook the House Special Fried rice with soy sauce. Who has ever heard about cooking fried rice without soy sauce! I tOld her that since this information is not in their menu I wasn’t aware of this. She had the audacity to tell me that before I order I have to find this information out even if it is not on their menu! She refused to send me another fried rice! She told me that there was nothing wrong with the food. Clearly the people at Hunan are not aware of “the customer is always right”. They have no business being in the food industry, especially not dealing with customers! They won’t care about your food oR dinning experience. They don’t care about customer service. Don’t know at at Hunan!!!!!
