I checked the camera footage and your food was placed on the table 16 minutes after your order, which is a normal timeframe. Writing 35 minutes may not accurately reflect what actually happened. All dishes are prepared fresh after the order is placed, and anyone is welcome to come and see this in the kitchen. The 13–14-year-old kids you mentioned are my children; they do not work there—they are simply present because this is a family business. We respect everyone’s opinion, but we also believe it’s important to be accurate. The same food you said you didn’t like has received hundreds of 5-star reviews from other customers. I also see clear bias in this review, particularly in statements like “35 minutes,” “kids working,” and telling others “not to go there.”
