First and foremost, congratulations on your pregnancy, and thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously, and management has reviewed your comments. That said, I do feel it is important to clarify several points that do not accurately reflect what occurred during your visit. Regarding the wait time, our system shows your order was completed in 27 minutes, not over 30 minutes. After 10:30 PM, all food is cooked fresh to order, and on that particular night, multiple customers were waiting on chicken. We do not serve food that has been sitting under heat lamps, so additional preparation time is sometimes necessary to ensure quality. While I understand that waiting can be frustrating, especially late at night, serving fresh food is a standard we are committed to maintaining. As for the food itself, I personally prepared your order. In fact, your meal was photographed and recorded for our Instagram story before it was served. Because of that, I was genuinely surprised by the claim that the wings were burnt and the fries were undercooked. Based on both our records and the photo included with your review, the food appears to have been properly prepared. If anything, the fries appear more well-done than undercooked. I take a great deal of pride in the food we serve, so that particular criticism was disappointing to read. Regarding the atmosphere, the song playing at the time was "I Love It Freestyle" by Lil Wayne. If the music selection made you uncomfortable or offended you in any way, I sincerely apologize. That was never our intention. We understand that customers have different preferences and expectations, and I can certainly be more mindful of music choices moving forward. I would also like to address the allegation regarding staff smoking marijuana around the trailer. If there are no customers actively waiting in line or for food, employees may take breaks away from the trailer. We operate in Washington State, where marijuana is legal for adults; however, employees are not permitted to smoke while actively serving customers or preparing food. The suggestion that staff members were openly smoking around customers or food preparation areas is simply not an accurate representation of what occurred. We welcome honest feedback and regularly use it to improve our business. If you review our past responses, you'll see that we openly acknowledge legitimate mistakes and take responsibility when warranted. What makes this review difficult to accept is not the criticism itself, but the fact that several of the claims do not align with our records or with what actually took place during your visit.
