Update: Manger "Alex" is giving me the runaround about my refund. Was told to meet him after 12PM the next day. He wasn't there. Was told to return around 3PM. Called, he wasn't there. Over an hour wait for 15 wings and a large fry? Yes. According to a worker there, my order was misplaced by a drive-thru employee. But, when I went in, I was acknowledged with the promise of my food being almost ready. The second time, I was told 3 minutes until it would be ready. 10 minutes after that, when I asked for my refund, that's when I was offered an explanation and a free soda. I declined the soda and checked with my party of how they wanted to proceed. They opted for the refund, but when I asked for my refund, I was told that a refund could only be given by a manager. I asked when would a manager be in and was told "I don't know" with a shrug. Since no refund was available, I was given no option but to wait for my food (which came out about 5 minutes later). This is utterly ridiculous and I hope the manager handles this better than the staff did. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is always good with a clean and friendly atmosphere usually but today it had a long wait and my onion rings was burned and the voodoo egg rolls taste disgusting and dry Price per person: $50–60 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I’m so happy hungry bites opened up here too, It’s just a few minutes away from my house now, and the food is 10/10. Respect to the owners. The classic cheeseburger is my favorite
