The best coffee in the Manawatu! Service is friendly, coffee hot and delicious and the chefs muffin breakfast is yum - a great way to start your day! Highly recommend!

After reading the review of Mr Potts poached eggs on toast I can say I’ve been coming to Hungry Horse cafe for the last year, most days of the week and generally have poached eggs on toast because they are perfectly prepared and presented with toast ( which I find to be more than sufficient,) the eggs are perfectly cooked with lovely rich centres. I find their coffee great as well as other choices I have made from their menu.
