Order pizza tonight 9/1/24 the pizza tracker said the driver was on the road at 7:45pm and my wife and I waited excited for our food, 8:30pm rolls around still no pizza, so I called the store. The guy who answer said the driver timer was up and he wasn't back yet and that our pizza is still there (probably sitting out getting cold and soggy since we got subs) and that he couldn't do anything for us. Whoever the new driver is is absolutely horrible and should be fired. This isn't the first time that this hungry howies is late, you think if people tip you good you would be moving your a** for that tip. Guess we won't be tipping until we receive our pizza from now on. Do better. Service: Delivery Price per person: $20–30

I have ordered square pizzas here before without incedent...until tonight. It was overcooked and blackened, lacked enough sauce which left it with little flavor. Very disappointed. UPDATE My review came to the attention of H.H. corporate customer satisfaction office. After discussing my review, they contacted the Grosse Ile store, who reached out to me wanting to correct the matter. Their customer satisfaction was important to them and because they went the extra step to make things right, I have revised my rating to 5 star. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5

Hungry Howie's pizza is always the way I like. Nice and hot and fresh from the oven. If I want my pizza a certain way, they will make it just how I want it right in front of me. Not many places do that. The staff there is amazing. Even when they have a line of people wanting to order pizza they always are friendly and kind with a smile on their face. I highly recommend this place.
