Maybe they do not have enough help, or something along those lines. I do not feel it's right to be on hold for over 10 mins Price per person: $10–20

This is the last time I'll get pizza from this location. Got our pies last night get home and the deep dish is burnt and chewy with little taste to it. The 3 cheese bread was under cooked and now all 3 of us are fighting for the bathroom. Never had a problem at any other location but Decatur, and it's been the last 3 times we've ordered the pies were burnt. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
