Very disappointed with customer service and food quality . Staff just wanted to process my lunch order ASAP despite menu not being visible or available because apparently ‘the menu screens dropped out’ . The meals that were ordered were nothing like the pictures on the adds and nothing like burgers from other HJ stores that I’ve purchased from, these were absolutely YUK with missing ingredients, luke warm oily protein and tasteless stale tasting buns. After 2 bites we threw both dried out ‘Jacks’ chicken burger and ‘Whopper’ burgers in the bin, never had burgers from HJ like that from any other HJ store before, will never, ever, ever, ever go back to the Fyshwick franchise.

I ordered Chicken Royale today at 7:34 PM and it came worst. The chicken patty was hard rock as you can see in picture and I felt like it was cooked very lost time ago. Need to improve the food quality .
