Hungry Lion George is pretty near St Mark's Cathedral. From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is rude here. In spite of the popularity among clients, the weak side of this restaurant is its downscale service. Most guests who use Google didn't grant Hungry Lion George a high rating.

So I went to the store myself and ordered a meal. While I was waiting one of the staff took a chip lying on the front counter and she threw one of the other staff members at the back with a the chip and they laughed about it. No respect for working with the food and then it gets sold to customers. If they handle food like that infront of customers I'm scared to know what they do at the back with the food we pay for. They will never see me again . Very disgusting!!! I'm sure this was caught on camera so go and have a look.for yourself. From what I can see the owner also doesn't care ! so very much sorry but i don't think i will be ordering from hungry lion George anytime soon again. The service there is very poor and you need to wait for almost an hour for your food to arrive. Customers that entered the restaurant after me received their order more promptly than myself and another customer that was in line before me, this is unacceptable!!! i had to ask almost 3 times where my order was before receiving it.
