Hurricane is a great restaurant and bar located in fashionable Nishi Azabu, Tokyo. Located on the top floor of a 10 or so story building allows access to a super cool roof deck. The deck features booths with a twist, rather they are tents with seating for 6. Very private, yet still having that outdoor feel. The food and hospitality are excellent too. There's a large grill and ample space for a party!
