If hungry, come here for tasty smoked salmon, duck and borsch. Good ice cream, panna cotta and halva will impress you at the first bite.

This time my Halibut was really overcooked and dry. Very surprising as usually they cook everything perfect.
I should of sent it back ~ i hate complaining! Next time i will send back. I asked for more truffled aioli that came with 2 tiny pieces of dry bread to start (aioli needed to make bread edible.) so very kind server brought me another bowl of aioli which i put the whole thing on the halibut to make it more palatable.. the smoked char tartar was delicately smoked and a beautiful presentation ~ was not served with any toast or crackers which was sorely needed and lovely server Edyta brought me some crisp rye toasts that should of been served with the tartar. Delicious appetizer.
A perfect evening, service was impeccable and Edyta was professional, caring, knowledgeable and made me an absolute perfect dry gin martini with just a tiny splash of vermouth (my request for just a splash) it was perfect. Her kindness and attentiveness to anything i needed was well received! She was by far the best server with welcoming smile that i ever have had at Hvelvet. Tusen Takk Edyta.
