Have a wide range of delicious pastries and desserts but the customer service is bad. I've been going there for years now and every visit to the bakery takes longer than a regular grocery trip. The staff will see you standing there andwould not ask if you need help. I have to try to get their attention.

We asked for a lavender and light pink ombré cake for daughters first birthday and the colors were way off, not what we asked for at all. What we got was bright neon purple and pink, and it was hardly ombré. We even showed a picture for reference and they also took a picture of that to follow. We wanted pastel but received neon. Very disappointed.
