Today was my first time to enjoy The Cafe lunch since 29 February 2020; yes, right before COVID-19. Great to be back in Manila and despite the 4 years since my last visit; the lunch buffet experience was even Better than I remembered! From my arrival greeting of a smiling friendly Hello to heading out the door; a 5 star Customer Experience. As a 69 year old Senior Citizen that uses a cane now; a buffet can be "challenging", holding the cane with one hand and the plate or the serving tongs with the other hand. I was surprised and truly grateful that the staff assisted me throughout the entire meal. Annalyne offered to accompany me and assist as I made my lunch selections; Annalyne explained the buffet layout, offered her recommendations and certainly made me feel right at home ... Thank You Annalyne for Excellence in Action! There were lots of delicious menu choices, but what struck me was the depth of flavor, attention to detail and quality you could taste in every bite ... Wow, incredible job well done! Excellent Friendly Professional Customer Service, High Quality Great Tasting wide variety of Food Choices and at a very reasonable low price... Definitely well worth making it a regular lunch to look forward to. Wheelchair accessibility: The Cafe is very disability friendly with no physical barriers, with buffet level seating area. I was excited when I was shown to breakfast, but I was surprised at how little variety of food there was. Also, the taste is bad and even the fruit seems to be eating radish, so I'm disappointed that I will continue to eat like this for the next 3 days.
