It was great but wasn’t all that, honestly for the price I paid I could’ve gotten a better deal elsewhere, but the food was super delicious. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

We love it here! Just one thing bring the biryani bucket back. It's not the same in a tray like before in a bucket. If you advertise it the same it should be the same. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited Hyderabad House with my family and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered three Indo-Chinese dishes, and the server confirmed our order before leaving. After waiting for about 30 minutes with no update, I went to the counter since our server was nowhere to be seen. I was told the food would be out shortly. We waited another 15–20 minutes, but still nothing arrived. Meanwhile, guests who came in after us were being served. I went to the counter again, and this time the staff seemed confused. After checking with the kitchen, it appeared that our order had never been placed. We were told there was some confusion and that they would prepare it as soon as possible. At that point, after waiting over an hour, we decided to leave without eating. What made the experience worse was that no one not the server nor the staff had the courtesy to check on us or inform us about the delay. Basic communication and customer service were completely missing. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning or ordering from here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch
