I love coming here. My friends and I often bring books or crafts and will just sit upstairs for hours. It’s so cozy and homey, it almost feels like being at a friend’s house. I don’t drink coffee, but I got their three cheese scone and it was delicious. Soft, crumbly, and very flavorful! Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The only place I've been able to find in Rochester that makes my favorite- affogato! Their coffee is some of the best in the city and very consistent. I love swinging by to do some work, or when it's nicer outside, bring my dog to sit on the patio with a drink and enjoy the sun! The atmosphere is lovely inside is lovely; albeit sometimes packed to the hills during peak times. I personally wish they had longer hours, as a coffee any time of day kinda guy, but I understand the 4pm close. I hope Hydra stays in Rochester for a long time! Went there a few weeks ago while in Rochester! My sisters and I liked everything we got. Seating is limited but we got lucky and came at a good time. Parking is iffy though. Very pleased they had WiFi so we could get some work done! Many of the nearby Cafe’s do not have WiFi which is quite unfortunate but will guarantee me to come back to Hydra CoffeeHouse! Service was excellent! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Enjoyed their vegan banana bread!
