Good food, but unfortunately the coffee was a letdown. The place was also quite crowded, with not much room to sit comfortably inside. Overall, the food was good, but the coffee and lack of space were a bit disappointing. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–40

Visited Hylin this morning and ordered the chicken croissant. After taking two bites, I noticed the chicken was extremely chewy, so I decided to take a closer look. To my shock, the chicken was completely raw in the middle. Serving raw chicken is a serious food safety issue and could have resulted in someone becoming very unwell. It’s extremely concerning that this was served to a customer, especially when chicken should be thoroughly cooked before being served. Very disappointing experience and definitely not something I expected from a café. I hope the kitchen takes this seriously and reviews their food safety procedures to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
