I had a chance to try Ji's popcorn chicken and mango sago recently, they were both really yummy! The chicken was still piping hot when served - crispy, light coating with juicy and flavourful meat inside. The mango sago portion was generous for the price too. The staff here are absolutely lovely and welcoming. Shoutout to Hongge for making great food recommendations and providing very friendly, professional service. I'll come back again soon!! The food was mid. I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered through Uber Eats and went to pick up my food. When I asked if my order was ready, I was told it was not. I waited over 10 minutes, only to later realise my food had been sitting there the whole time and was already cold when I received it. She didn’t apologize or give me an explanation. If you are working in customer service in the UK, basic communication skills in English are essential. This level of service was very unprofessional and unacceptable.
