Good food, but customer assistants have the same disgusting attitude as in many places in Greece. Instead of giving you help, introducing the different food products, they have this smirk on their face, making you feel like you are the most stupid person in the world. As soon as I made an order and paid for it, the assistant rushed away, avoiding my questions about how long will it take and how do I get my order. I was running after her to ask it. She was eating at the table with other workers, they all had this disgusting smirk on their faces, as if they had never seen a foreigner before who doesn't know Greek food very well.

We recently visited Restaurant EPoli (The City) on a football day, after receiving a recommendation from a friend who works in the kitchen. While we were able to catch up with our friend, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The restaurant seems to rely heavily on its brand name, particularly for its kebab offerings. However, the service was disappointing. The waitstaff treated us as if we were a burden, and there was no effort to accommodate our additional requests or follow up on orders. Once we were seated, it felt as though our presence was quickly forgotten. Next time, we plan to book a table on the opposite side of the restaurant, which is less busy, while still following our friend's recommendation. This side offers a more attentive service and better attention to detail in fulfilling orders, with recommendations tailored to customer preferences. The MF friend who recommended this restaurant to us made it clear that their suggestion was based on personal experience, not for any monetary gain, as they emphasized in our conversation.
