Paolo is a friendly, patient, generous, thoughtful host. We had already appreciated him a few years ago at Locanda Palent, it was a pleasant surprise to find him now in Macra at the helm of this new adventure, always surrounded by young chefs and assistants: he brings experience, they bring freshness. The result is a very accurate menu, with one eye (special) on tradition and the other on contemporaneity. It can't be easy to please both tourists and local families, both the Italian public and the many foreigners: "I Ciclamini" does it very well. It is the restaurant that was sorely missed in this corner of Valle Maira. Congratulations, and see you soon!
