IBC Delights is our New favorite place with Wonderful service, & delicious food. Those special fries are the best once I ever had, and my kids loved the ice cream. Can’t wait to come again, will be recommending to my friends and family. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
