The interior of ICHIRO

You can visit this restaurant after seeing Sannomiya Center Gai Shopping Street. Chinese dishes are on the menu at ICHIRO. If hungry, come here for tasty gyoza, hamburgers and misir. Drink good beer, it's a must when visiting this place.

A lot of guests think that the staff is appealing at this place. The nice service displays a high level of quality at this spot. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is spectacular. But google users rated this restaurant and it didn't achieve a high rating.

At 餃子専門店イチロー 三宮本店, strength is found in quiet repetition rather than spectacle. The dumplings arrive in small batches, lined up modestly. One becomes two, then five, then more, and this continues seamlessly. The skin has a subtle texture. It is crisp at the base and soft above, enclosing a sweet-tasting filling. The cabbage and pork are blended together lightly, with the garlic kept in check. The design is deliberate. It avoids monotony. The defining layer comes from the sauce. A miso base, softened with sweetness and depth, enhances the dumpling without overpowering it. Soy and vinegar are still an option, but the miso feels like the intended choice. It completes the structure in a way that feels local and specific. The space is compact, almost compressed. There is a counter, a few seats, and an intimacy that slows turnover but increases presence. There is little performance in the room. The focus stays on the plate. Not everything aligns perfectly. The atmosphere can feel uneven, and the service can be inconsistent. While the menu focuses on dumplings, it allows for slight variations that dilute the concept of strict specialisation. Yet the core concept remains. It is the dumplings themselves that sustain the experience. They are not overwhelming, but their consistency is their strength. This is not a place that pulls you in from afar. It reveals itself once you start eating. It is a quiet shop where consistency is its own form of character. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Not gyoza, but grilled cabbage skin. The cost seems really low. There's no meat in it, so you can't even tell if it's meat. A profit-oriented store that survives only by its name. The quality is disrespectful to Ichiro, the miso sauce gyoza, and Kobe. It seems that the grilling is also slightly burnt, and mine had a limp finish due to residual oil. Don't you feel sorry for the restaurant's signature dish by degrading it so much? I don't feel any love or pride. All the staff are Chinese, and they want to come to China, so their work attitude is not good. It was probably the shop owner, but he was humming and was fluttering with an incomprehensible tension, which made me very uncomfortable. Even if it's a name that sounds like it's run by a Japanese person, it's jarring to include Japanese in it, so I hope they don't speak too loud Chinese. (I'm not a racist. I'm just annoyed by the Chinese-friendly working attitude in Japan.) If you are going sightseeing in Kobe, please don't go! Please go to a more delicious restaurant. [If it's helpful, please do it !] —————————————————— The store gave an answer that could be interpreted as an excuse, but even though they were particular about the ingredients, the contents were empty and there was no filling. Have they been selling gyoza for generations? The staff actually working there are all Chinese, and the person who answered this time is Japanese, but I don't know if he understands the work place, but as an actual customer, I personally feel that there are too many Chinese staff members. It is true that I feel there is a problem with this, so I think it would be better to look at the actual situation. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We were able to accommodate you on the same day. As a store, we are very disappointed that Mr. MY's review contains some misleading expressions and statements that are not true. It also contains content that is false in public and content that obstructs business. We are saddened by the many expressions that can be interpreted as racial discrimination, insults, and defamation. For about 30 years since our establishment, we have been offering health-friendly, bite-sized dumplings that are light in flavor and packed with vegetables. By reducing the salt content, we have continued to make efforts to ensure that our products are loved by a wide range of customers. Of course, we understand that each customer has their own taste preferences, but our restaurant has always had the same taste since its founding, and we would like to continue to maintain this same taste. Thanks to all of you, we have received the support of many people, including local customers in Kobe, and we have regular customers who have been coming to our store since our founding, and customers who have been using our store for two or three generations. We are grateful to everyone who supports us in this way, and we will continue to provide the same taste. MY's impressions "It's not gyoza, it's grilled cabbage with skin. The cost seems really low. There's no meat in it, so you can't even tell if it's meat. It's a profit-oriented restaurant that survives on its name alone. If you're going sightseeing in Kobe, please don't go there! ” Regarding this opinion, At our restaurant, we use domestically produced cabbage and local Kobe branded pork, ``Kobe Pork Premium,'' without compromising on the quality of our ingredients. It is because of this commitment that we have been supported by many people since our founding and have been able to continue operating for many years. We do not operate with a "profit-oriented" mindset, but rather we create products with sincerity. Also, please take a look at MY's comments. "It's jarring to mix in Japanese, and I wish they wouldn't speak such noisy Chinese." Regarding your impressions, At our store, we have some foreign staff who love Japan and are working hard to learn Japanese. In order for things to go smoothly in the kitchen, the staff tried their best to communicate with each other in Japanese and sometimes Chinese, although it was poor, but we are very sorry to hear about this comment. All the staff members are very hurt. I'm here. Contains content that is not true in public and content that obstructs business. It also contains expressions that could be interpreted as racial discrimination or insults, which is extremely distressing.More
