Umihotaru, located on the Tokyo Bay Aqua Line, is a parking area floating in Tokyo Bay. This PA is not actually floating, but was built on an island (Kisarazu Artificial Island) with a total length of 650m, which is a rare PA in the world. It consists of 5 floors, with parking lots on the 1st to 3rd floors, and business facilities on the 4th and 5th floors. A floating shopping mall with a 360° panoramic view of Tokyo Bay that can only be seen here, as well as shops, restaurants, and refreshment facilities. The IDEBOK Umihotaru Parking Area store on the 4th floor is a soft serve ice cream shop.
