We went to the IHop in Plano Texas off of Plano Rd. The service was TERRIBLE. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. We were seated towards the front by the register . A couple was complaining of the service , their food and the time that they had to wait for their food which was well over one hour . We decided to leave and we went to the IHop in Addison Tx which was 10minutes away from the Plano Tx location , I am so glad we went to the Addison Location . The restaurant was much cooler inside which is a plus in this hot Texas weather and much cleaner than the Plano location . Service was great and the food was great we had Eric as our server and he took our order right away . We had our drinks within 5 minutes of ordering and our food was served within 15 minutes and it was delicious. From now on we will be coming to the Addison location . Came in a hurry for a quick and delicious breakfast. Pablo served us today and he was very attentive. We were able to order quickly and our food arrived fast and hot. Everything was delicious! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My friend and I actually went to another IHOP location. At that particular location, we were not immediately greeted or seated. Once seated, our server gave us menus and disappeared. During that time, we noticed there were un-bussed tables (it was just us in there) and again, server did not come back, so we decided to come to the Addison location. We were very curious about how it would compare to the other location and it was a total 180. We were greeted and seated promptly by Delaney, who was our server, who gave great service and was very attentive! We also received a hello from Jaoquin, and he even paid my friend a compliment, which was really nice. Overall, it was a MUCH more pleasant experience than the one we had at the other location!
