A lot of guests point out that waiters offer nicely cooked fried eggs, egg omelette and sausages here. Come to this restaurant to try good banana pancakes, blueberry pancakes and strawberry pancakes. Delicious cold coffee is served - try and enjoy.

Staff are generally friendly, but we keep having issues with luke warm or cold food (weekends and weekdays) ... >> Big ISSUE: Last 4 visits, we keep getting toast that's set out long enough, that we can't spread/melt butter on it !! ... I've asked specifically when ordering each time if the toast will be buttered? Can't seem to get a straight answer on who's job it's supposed to be??? Cook or the wait staff? But ice cold butter on cold toast is awful. It needs done when it's still hot. See picture from recent time I brought my parents with me... Just embarrassing. >> Luke warm pancakes with ice cold butter... That barely melts. >> Luke warm hash browns that are pre cooked and sitting in a pan on the window... I understand the need to speed things up a bit, but there's no reason they can't be put on the grill for a minute or so to warm them back up before serving to the customer. >> We've seen a manager go around asking people how everything is, but it seems they know not to ask us? ... Stilll prefer IHOP over Metro Dinner but not by much anymore... It's a shame Denny's moved out, we rarely had these issues there. >> I see multiple 5 star reviews by same people/different accounts, as if planted by staff/friends= suspicious. The food and service was good the reason I gave this a one star is because after checking out and paying I chose to not leave a tip, then after getting home later that night I got a pop up where a $5.00 charge came from manually entering in so I believe the waitress tipped herself that $5 after the fact. This is wrong and so low. I work hard for my money, and if I choose not to tip thats my right not yours to freely tip yourself off my card. This is wrong, and you should be ashamed of yourself. Terrible Mothers day lunch. Was seated quickly in the back corner but the ac was on full blast with vents blowing directly on us. It was freezing and we asked to be moved as soon as a table became available.I went and got a coat but it was ridiculously cold, watched our waitress clean 3 tables& never move us. It seemed to be to much trouble for her. My food was awful. Eggs scorched on the bottom. Pancakes very very thin. They did replace the pancakes & hash browns (burnt)but it was so cold with the air blowing on my food it was cold before I could finish it. My family members food was just ok&I was shocked at the quality of the food. Way overpriced for what it is. Ruined my mother's day lunch. Turn down the ac or move people when they are very uncomfortable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
