It was a pleasure dining at this restaurant. As my husband and I walked in, there were six people ahead of us waiting. Melvin immediately showed empathy and understanding regarding the wait and promptly seated us. Throughout our visit, Melvin was attentive, respectful, and professional. As I sat there, I noticed how quickly he responded to the needs of not only my husband and me, but also the other customers around us. His dedication and genuine care for the guests truly stood out. You have a wonderful employee in Melvin. He is definitely a keeper and a superstar for your company! Employees like him make a great impression and create a positive experience for customers.
