I had an excellent experience at IHOP thanks to Christian, who was my server. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the meal. My drinks were always refilled, the food came out correctly, and he checked in regularly without being overwhelming. His positive attitude and great customer service really made the visit enjoyable.

This is the best I-Hop I have ever been to! I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I haven’t been to an I-hop in years but this experience exceeded my expectations, I hope to come back soon. My server, Oscar, was so sweet and friendly. He helped us find options that suited our wants and we had the best conversations. The manager, Marilyn, also dropped in to ask us how everything was and walked us out. This location was very hospitable and the service was quick. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

1 - Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid this location. I rarely leave reviews this bad, but our visit to the IHOP on the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The service was completely unacceptable. It took forever just for someone to take our order, and our waitress vanished for long stretches of time, making it incredibly difficult to get anything we needed. When the food finally arrived, the quality was awful. The eggs were completely tasteless. Worse, they completely ignored our specific dietary requests. We explicitly asked for plain pancakes with nothing on top, but they served them smothered in whipped cream anyway. We also asked for the chocolate chips to be cooked inside the pancakes, but they just threw them on top instead. To top it all off, I looked down and noticed brown debris settled at the bottom of my water glass. Disgusting. The cleanliness of the restaurant was just as bad as the food. The seating area we were placed in was filthy, with food and trash left scattered all over the floor. We also had fruit flies buzzing around our table the entire time we tried to eat. Between the terrible service, filthy environment, and botched food, it is completely not worth the price. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
